The Consumers Association reminds consumers that when purchasing such products, they should choose well-packaged products, pay attention to the production date and shelf life, and try to choose products within the shelf life to prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, etc. It is necessary to see whether the product name, material, name, address and contact information of the producer and/or distributor, production date and shelf life (when applicable) are marked in accordance with the relevant requirements of my country's national food safety standards. Look for products with a smooth surface, uniform color, and no odor. Try to choose colorless and transparent lunch boxes without decorative patterns. When using, pay attention to the usage temperature and food composition of lunch boxes made of different materials. Be sure to choose plastic wrap that is labeled "for food use." It is recommended to purchase self-adhesive cling film made of polyethylene (PE), especially when preserving meat, fruits, etc. From a food safety perspective, PE cling film is safer.
